[HETAOC] Chibi Colombia (updated look)

anyways um, that's going to be Colombia's newer look. I switched the headband to green and gave her an emerald bracelet, made her outfit more red - red's been a favourite colour to use with Carmen tbh, it suits her fiery personality.

But yes, this shall be my main reference for this baby-- (at least until i get round to doing a bio thing in the same style as my Kosovo one, pff)
