Anyway, I told Ren I'd help design Belgium and Luxembourg because yeah, idk, I just wanted to do something for her. I hope you like it! Feel free to adjust things here and there, ahaha. I based the colours and stuff from here: [link]

So here's Luxembourg - human name Luca! XD And his royal is the Treasurer for the Blue Kingdom, which means he works for Blue Diamond/Indonesia, the Queen! XD Ren specified that he should have glasses and a cloak, and that he'd be seen calculating money a lot~
Well, it's just as well that I headcanon Luxembourg wearing glasses when he's doing business and stuff, ahuehuehue
But ooops, I keep chucking Luxembourg with a wine glass too. It's cuz Luxembourg's citizens drink wine more than any other country in the world, even France. I feel like he's got high alcohol tolerance by now and in fact, the wine gives him the right level of perky to keep going //bricked
So yes, I can just imagine people who don't know Luca that well being sort of concerned about the wine... but no, it's not a concern, he's no drunkard, he's just a fancy prick - and he's probably the main wine taster of the kingdom, but oh wait, Indonesians don't really drink so... Luxembourg, for goodness sake 8U
I bet Netherlands gets annoyed with his fancy rich boy side of his personality, but he's also got a serious side like big brother Netherlands when it comes to important stuff (aka his job). It works out. XDD He's very perfectionist at his job, but the moment he gets free time he loves the life of luxury!

IDK much about which other Europeans Ren is featuring in the doujinshi but if France is there, then him and Luxembourg would get along fine. 8I They'd be the fancy charming men at the balls and stuff--//slapped

also liechtenstein is luca's sweetheart, no i'm kidding, i just really like luxliech okay, idek what ren has in store for most of the characters
