[APH ELEMENTARY] Carmen's design (see description)

(Note: This is one of the designs for my latest Hetalia AU project known as 'Elementary'. If you wish to learn more, read this journal - especially if you want to have your OC be involved with the project!)

While most of the characters in this AU are known as 'Class Dwellers' (Dwellers are a race of miniature humans, basically), there is a separate group known as the Mall Dwellers. The Mall Dwellers don't have a uniform the way the Class Dwellers do. Instead, they have more freedom with their fashions, helped especially by the fact that they have a normal sized human on their side, who is willing to get them specially made clothes. Carmen (Colombia OC)
A sassy, energetic lady who knows how to get her way. She has some siblings - Elisa (Venezuela), Manuel (Ecuador) and (whichever Panama OC wins this spot, bahaha) - and she considers herself the boss over them. She's a tough cookie with a snappy temper, who is perhaps a little too superficial at times. She wishes that she weren't a Dweller and could go exploring the world the way normal humans do. Dwellers will often see Carmen hanging out at the cafe in the food court, the cinema when it's closed to the human public and open to the dwellers, around the fashion stores and sometimes the games arcade when she feels like challenging the guys!

Next up to have her design shown off will be my Venezuela OC Elisa! And I believe none of you have really seen her properly and fully coloured before? So I look forward to introducing her. She's got a ton of sass like Carmen, but she's more on the calculated cool cat side of sass, while Carmen's just... idk she's nuts--//slapped
