Anyway, June 12th is Philippines' Independence Day, back when Philippines declared independence from Spain in 1898. So in a way, I guess it's Philippines' birthday, huh? So here is Maricela, with attire inspired by this post on pinoy-culture: [link]

Gosh though, her sash took a while, drawing up a pattern on it and all that. XD Traditional Filipino clothes have patterns with so much detail, it's kind of neat to do, even though quite time consuming.
